The new edition of this iconic hotel was great with its fine design and cozy atmosphere. I was mesmerized by the amazing view of the lush park framed by the golden elements of the room. The thoughtful details, like the Bose soundbar and the easy-to-use smart lighting.

The hotel celebrated it's 41st anniversary this year.....it means a lot! Dusit Thani being an elegant, mature hotel, with excellent staff service - one can be sure of a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is perfect, right next to the bst, mrt station at Sala Daeng, and round the corner from Silom Road. What more can one ask for?
Although very friendly and polite staff, there's still a language barrier. Not all customer-facing staff speak English.

Our stay was an absolute blast! The room upgrade was mind-blowing, with the spacious Superior Room feeling like a mini-apartment. The decor, location, and overall feel of the hotel were jaw-dropping. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. The club lounge experience was fantastic, with the paperwork ready and a refreshing drink to welcome us. The value for money was unbeatable, offering a great Thai atmosphere and sense of history. The well-equipped gym was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location was super convenient, with an overhead walkway to the train station right outside. Getting to the Central Pier and exploring the city was a breeze. The food, service, and sunset view at the bar were all top-notch. The amenities, including the restaurant, 24-hour reception, car park, outdoor pool, spa center. We cannot recommend this hotel enough!

I chose this hotel for my consultation trip because it provides a business centre and tour desk. The luxury hotel is within close proximity to Bangkok's major business, shopping and entertainment districts. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff was helpful and friendly.
The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference facilities. It would have been convenient to have a private space for discussions and presentations.

The hotel is one of the oldest in Bangkok and now showing signs of it. i stayed in a club room. size wise very good but dirty carpets, old fashioned and needs a good renovation. you can get alot better for your money in this area. i have stayed there many times and will NOT be going back....!!

The location near Lumpini Park means that everything from trendy dining to wild nightlife and public transportation are a five- to 10-minute walk from the hotel. It's like having the best of both worlds at your doorstep.
Miscommunication during check-in.
